Pre opening Night club in Bahrain Bar’s Mgr 

Preferable European candidate with Gulf Experience 

High school diploma in Hotel management 

in charge of running the day-to-day operations of a nightclub, from managing inventory and staff to overseeing the appearance and cleanliness. Some nightclubs have restaurants in them, and managers may be put in charge of the restaurant and club.

A few job duties that are common among nightclub managers include:

Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters

Managing inventory

Opening and closing the club

Ordering supplies

Promoting club/hiring or encouraging others to promote club

Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws

Implement strategies for improved work performance

Nightclub managers may also be in charge of developing revenue opportunities for the club, such as recruiting talent or running promotions. Nightclub managers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is usually loud and fast-paced.

 

Nightclub Manager Skills and Qualifications

can teach skills useful for managing a nightclub. Alternatively, independent business classes are an option.

Nightclub managers need strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additional skills in managing inventory, budgeting, payroll management, and spreadsheet software are also required, depending on the employer. Accounting courses can teach these skills.

Employers commonly look for candidates with previous experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or food service industries. This also includes working in a bar. Depending on the employer, applicants may need to have specific managerial experience. Additionally, some applicants may need to have certification in food and drink service safety.
