HIRING EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION PERSONNEL (FEMALE)
Responsibilities:
* Manage banquet and catering events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Meet with clients to discuss event requirements, preferences, and budgets.
* Prepare detailed event orders, timelines, and layouts.
* Coordinate with culinary, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Arrange décor, rental equipment, and liaise with third-party vendors.
* Conduct site visits and oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
Client & Guest Relations:
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients before and during events.
* Provide menu and event enhancement recommendations.
* Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
* Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Administrative Duties:
* Prepare quotations, contracts, and post-event reports.
* Maintain accurate event records and update the events calendar.
* Track budgets, costs, and profitability for each event.
* Support in creating marketing materials and proposals for events.
Requirements:
* Female candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in event coordination, banquet management, or hospitality operations.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
