Entourage Facility Management hiring Restaurant Manager at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A RESTAURANT MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER FOR A NEW PROJECT!

​Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular training sessions with floor staff to ensure they are fully informed about the restaurant’s menu and service techniques. 
• Teach and empower staff with effective upselling techniques that enhance guest experiences and increase average bill size. Train team members on how to suggest premium products and menu add-ons, such as wine pairings and specialty courses.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure that training and upselling techniques are effectively implemented. Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help team members meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules, shifts, and rotations to ensure optimal staffing levels during all service periods. 
• Develop innovative strategies to promote higher-end products and special menu items. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to create attractive promotions and specials that encourage upselling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the restaurant industry and fine dining service standards. Regularly seek opportunities for personal and professional development to continuously improve the training process and upscale the dining experience.

Requirements:

• Resident visa holder with NOC 
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Dynamic blend of leadership, customer service, sales skills, and deep knowledge of food and beverage industry

Details:

• Location: Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall  
• Joining date: immediate 
• Duration:  seasonal / 6 months
• Schedule: 6 days a week 
• Working hours: 54 hours per week 
• Monthly Pay: 8 to 10 k (no tips for management staff)
