We are looking for a Hospitality Service Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
2. Being able to manage staffs and has an attention to detail
3. Good network of hospitality individuals for recruitment purposes
4. Knowledge in microsoft office. Particulary excel and word
5. Must be good in operations problem solving

You job scope

1. Monitor and follow up the staffs that has been scheduled for specific venue
2. Making sure that all venue requirements are being met by the staff (grooming, tools, job knowledge, self presentation etc)
3. Preparing weekly roster and attendance reporting
4. Recruitment
5. Any other related reports requested by your immediate superior
