Job Description

Position :Junior Commercial Analyst

Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in a medium to large organization within the hospitality, F&B, or financial advisory sector, with at least 3 years of recent experience in the UAE.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field) from a recognized university. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
Skills: Strong financial analysis & reporting, advanced Excel & financial modeling, proficiency in PowerPoint, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work cross-functionally, time management and prioritization.
Salary: Competitive salary range of AED 7,000 – 8,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Reporting Line : Reports to the Senior Commercial Analyst, with active oversight from the Finance Director.
Job Description
1. Business & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and maintain periodic sales, P&L, and variance reports by business unit and consolidated Group level.
- Generate performance reports to track variance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
- Prepare and maintain forecasting and feasibility models.
2. Commercial Analysis & Support
- Model and assess the impact of lease arrangements for venues.
- Develop financial feasibilities for new business concepts, collaborations, and joint ventures.
- Support commercial aspects of business opportunities, including NDAs, LOIs, and financial model alignment.
3. Operational & KPI Tracking
- Work with Operations to track and report on performance KPIs and targets.
- Maintain operational KPI dashboards and provide variance analysis.
- Record and follow up on actions from Operations-Finance joint meetings.
4. Cross-functional Liaison & Budgeting- Collaborate with business units to develop annual budgets.
- Provide support to Finance leadership and senior members on ad hoc analysis and projects.
- Ensure excellent coordination with internal teams / departments to deliver timely and accurate information.
