• Dopamine eSports Lounge in JBR

We are looking for an experience Waiter/ess to join our project at Dubai on a full-time basis.

Dopamine offers

• Worthy salary: Base salary AED 5’000 + sales bonuses AED 2’000 + tips (total income from AED 9’000);
• Comfortable schedule: 4/2 (2 day shifts and 2 night) | 54 hours per week;

Responsibilities

• Greet and register customers in the system;
• Conduct club tours, highlighting the different zones, their features, and unique advantages;
• Build rapport with regular customers and address them by name to create a personalized experience;
• Upsell food and beverages to guests;
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the team when restocking is needed;
• Handle customer payments and prepare end-of-shift reports;

Qualifications

• Speaking English B1+;
• Responsible, attentive, and punctual;
• Polite, well-spoken, and well-groomed appearance;
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions and conflicts;

  Would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of computers and networks;
• Familiarity with popular games and gaming platforms;
• Experience working with POS systems
