Job Description

An amazing new career opportunity for a energetic, passionate, hands on Restaurant MAnager to lead a brigade of amazing front of house talents in an exciting restaurant project for a famous brand opening soon in Bluewaters, Dubai.

This position will report directly to the Cluster General Manager. He/She will assist and enable team members under her/his control to consistently achieve product and service delivery standard, ensure a high degree of client care and create an experience for our restaurant clients which reflect on our values and Credo.

An ideal candidate must have previous premium brand fine dining meat restaurant (pre-opening) experience based in UAE. 

European nationality preferred.
