Head of Marketing Dubai

An exciting role has arisen with our clients leading Hospitality business based in Dubai! This group are currently operating across the country and planning continued expansion in the region!

The role itself will need an accomplished and organized Marketing Manager who has excellent interpersonal and relationship skills. The role will involve building relations and new business with new cafes. My client is offering a stable and expanding role with vast future opportunities as well as a competitive salary and benefits package!

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Annual Marketing Brand Plan in respect of Volumes, Market Share and Margins in Domestic and International markets; as consistent with the annual business plan.
• To generate long term customer / consumer demand and salience for the brand and to develop a Marketing Strategy.
• To generate marketing campaigns and determining appropriate Media-mix viz: TV, print, hoarding, radio, point of sales and internet etc. and further developing marketing budgets in terms of ATL/ BTL, its prudent deployment and ensure budgeted category/product group / brand margins.
• To work with R&D for formulating new products agenda and recipe cost management and to Launch New Products / New Packs / Packaging as planned.
• To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed
• To ensure adequate pipeline of talent and skills for succession by designing and activating a field force career path and plan in collaboration with Unit HR.
• To be directly accountable for development of employees reporting to him and next level.
• To be responsible for implementing Vision and Values of the Group in my Businesses.

Person

• At least 5 years’ marketing experience within the Restaurant/Cafe industry
• Confident at building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• A strong networker, an existing network of candidates would be beneficial.
• You must be self motivated, outgoing and the drive to smash your targets
• Excellent planning, budgeting, time management and prioritising skills
• Good attention to detail, creative flair and an artistic eye
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• A good working knowledge of the main social media platforms.
