Relief Chef Manager - North West - Full Time

Salary: £26,100 Per Annum.Shift hours: Full TimeRelief Chef Manager - Manchester £26,100 per annum + free meal on shift + expenses. Monday - Friday Mobile role.  Car and full driving licence required.  We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our relief team working across Manchester. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to be responsible for all aspects of managing the high level of delivery and expectations across every site they work at. To provide management support for catering operations including running of site cater services when required To support the operations team in ensuring that catering outlets consistently adhere to the company policies and procedures relating to the use of nominated suppliers, and carry out discussions and negotiations with suppliers, as requested To promote the Eat Well Live Well concept within all units and during client and customer contact Carry out checks and audits in the areas of food standards.
