Coffeemania opens new restaurant in Dubai and is looking for a barista.

Working conditions:

Requirements:

✅ Experience as a barista from 1 year

✅ Conclusion of a work contract for at least 1 year

✅ Confident knowledge of English (minimum B2), knowledge of Arabic is a plus

✅ Customer focus, stress resistance, presentable appearance.  

Selection and training stages:

1. Interview (3 stages: 2 online and the last offline)

2. Training at the Coffeemania restaurant in Dubai for 1.5 months (training, studying the menu and practicing in the restaurant, final certification)

3. Starting work in a new restaurant.
