Coffeemania is opening a new restaurant in Dubai and is looking for a bar manager.

Working conditions:

Requirements:

✅ Experience as a bartender/barman and barista from 1 year

✅ Conclusion of a work contract for at least 1 year

✅ Confident knowledge of English (minimum B2), knowledge of Arabic is a plus

✅ Customer focus, stress resistance, presentable appearance.  

Selection and training stages:

1. Interview (3 stages: 2 online and the last offline)

2. Training at the Coffeemania restaurant in Dubai for 3 months (training, studying the menu and practicing in the restaurant, final certification)

3. Starting work in a new restaurant.
