Job Description
Supporting the General Manager in running the day-to-day operations of a nightclub, from managing inventory, event nights and staff to overseeing the appearance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
- Managing inventory
- Opening and closing the club
- Ordering supplies
- Ensuring the venue is compliant with local health & safety regulations
- Promoting club/hiring and encouraging others to promote club
- Support with marketing and PR
- Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
- Implement strategies for improved work performance
