Coconut hiring Retail Sales Executive at Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are looking for a passionate and customer focused Sales & Marketing professional to join the team. You will be responsible to grow the retail sales of of the Shoe Company various brands and build meaningful relationships and fulfill your clients needs, ensuring each client receives a personalized ISF experience.
Responsibilities [but not limited to]:
- Contribution to turnover of store through selling.
- Management of new clients and orders
- Demonstrate warmth and patience in all dealings with our customers, always displaying a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Deal with customer requests and ensure efficient communication with the client and relevant colleagues throughout.
- Develop your knowledge of the after sales support processes.
- Be proactive yourself in familiarizing yourself with merchandise to enhance product knowledge.
- Strong acumen in e-commerce management using Shopify, WordPress/Woocommerce.
- Demonstrate active listening skills to discover more about the client and to develop loyalty and long lasting relations.
- Accurate CRM capture and recording of client data.
- Strong ability to use and maintain POS systems.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising – both front and back office.
- Carry out regular stock replenishment and organization of product
To be the next Sales & Marketing Professional you need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years strong sales & marketing experience, ideally within a luxury retail and customer-focused environment
- Demonstrable experience working with Footwear products either within retail or wholesale
- Strong sales experience and a genuine interest in art of styling, product display and design
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues
- Social media Marketing & E-commerce experience
- Someone who is relentlessly resourceful, takes criticism well and eager to learn
