Our Development Executive Chef features “elevated food” influenced by Australian, Continental, Indian, Mediterranean, and Peruvian cooking traditions, but mainly based upon home comfort food recipes from around the world.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Responsible on exceeding guest’s expectations by providing; friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to the customer’s preferences.
• No Rules, Just Right. If you can do it, make it happen
• Required to have an extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend, upsell and reinforce the customers’ orders. If you don’t have experience, don’t worry, we are open for those who are fast learner
• Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages ensuring that every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• We don't practice TEAM-WORK, Common-sense is more essential and required by all COAL’ers
• Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during the shift
