Job Description
-To prepare and check tables before service
-To present and explain menus
-Maintains complete knowledge of all food and beverages
-Experience and working knowledge of quality wines, products and cocktails would be beneficial
-To ensure that all procedures concerning bar tabs and the transfer of tables are met
-Converses with guests, makes suggestions, and answers questions regarding beverages
-To clear and reset tables
