JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To provide the perfect service experience for every guest by ensuring they will  feel important and welcome    in the restaurant

• Must be knowledgeable enough with all restaurant recipes- food, liquor, beer, wine and retail offered by the restaurant. Present confidently and answer questions and make suggestions regarding the menu.

• Adhere to timing standards for products and services in order to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.

• Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns by applying a positive suggestive sales approach to guide guests in choosing our best sellers as well as products and services with promotional targets.

• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe. Pre-bus or bussing tables accordingly in-order to maintain the cleanliness of restaurant dining areas.

• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages to the guest;

• Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed.

• Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures ( Strictly); Seek for necessary approval from the floor supervisor in terms of item void, split charges of check and bill invoices, and all cash or credit card related payment transactions. It is strictly prohibited to execute any payment transactions on behalf of the cashier; any charging of bills and invoices must have valid authorization from the supervisor or General manager.

•Contributes or provides suggestions to avoid waste and limit cost.

•Report to the restaurant on time and in proper and clean uniform.

•Must possess team player and a go-getter attitude.

•All other duties and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager and Managing Director must be completed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• FEMALE ( 21 to 30 years old); Russian and English Speaker

• Have a minimum of one (1) year experience either as a F&B Hostess.

• Have knowledge of restaurant operation procedures.

• Have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and deliver consistently.
