Chaihona Restaurant hiring Waiter/Waitress at Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.

• Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and recommendations.

• Serve orders in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and quality.

• Provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tables.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally or escalate when required.

• Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management for smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant/bar.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Polished appearance and professional grooming standards.

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Valid UAE work authorization preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

• Previous experience in Dubai or international venues is a strong advantage.

• Candidates with knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail service will be prioritized.
