The Head Chef – Central Kitchen will oversee all aspects of food production, quality control, kitchen team management, and logistical planning for a centralized food operation. This role demands technical culinary expertise, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of large-scale kitchen operations designed for multi-brand and delivery-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the setup and execution of the new central kitchen operation.

Develop and implement standardized recipes, production schedules, and prep plans for multiple concepts.

Ensure food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards.

Manage inventory, food costing, wastage, and procurement in coordination with purchasing and supply chain.

Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep teams.

Implement kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures as per UAE municipal and HACCP standards.

Coordinate with operations, marketing, and delivery teams to align production with demand.

Continuously improve kitchen efficiency and reduce costs without compromising on quality.
