Your Role:
-- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
-- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
-- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with the Chaihona brand
-- Drive sales, manage budgets, and control costs
We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in high-volume, premium casual or upscale dining
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✅ Deep understanding of hospitality standards and guest-centric service
