Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, influencers, and high-net-worth individuals.

Manage the guest reservation system, ensuring efficient table allocation and flow.

Handle all guest feedback and concerns promptly, professionally, and empathetically.

Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure service alignment with guest expectations.

Monitor ambiance, guest behavior, and service flow to proactively enhance the overall experience.

Assist in curating guest experiences, including special occasions, private events, and brand activations.

Maintain a strong floor presence during peak hours, especially weekends and key nights.

Support marketing initiatives by promoting events and developing guest loyalty strategies.

Prepare guest interaction reports and feedback summaries for senior management.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar guest-facing role within luxury nightlife, fine dining, or hospitality.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus).

Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and strong sense of discretion.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with reservation systems and CRM tools is preferred.

Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
