GABA is an intimate, high-end speakeasy in the heart of Dubai Marina, known for elevated mixology and a curated guest experience. We're looking for a Bar Manager with strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for the art of cocktails.

Role Overview:
As Bar Manager, you’ll oversee all bar operations—from staffing and inventory to service standards and creative direction. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, nightlife-driven environments and knows how to build a team and a vibe.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and training bar staff

• Ensuring top-tier guest experience and consistency

• Managing inventory, cost control, and supplier relations

• Collaborating on cocktail menus and bar activations

• Maintaining health, safety, and licensing compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a premium venue

• Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

• Deep knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails

• A proactive, hospitality-first mindset with attention to detail
