Requirements

We are currently seeking a talented, energetic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be responsible for managing all aspects of a specific Outlet(s) within the F&B department including the selection, development and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales.
  • Manage all operational issues ensuring Company Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the F&B objectives as detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan.
  • Actively implement strategies to increase the market share for the Outlet.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints ensuring Company procedures for Complaint Handling are followed.
  • Conduct performance evaluation of colleagues, training of colleagues, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues.
  • Implement systems/ measures to control F&B costs within budget guidelines, minimize wastage and maximize productivity.
  • Closely monitor the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with BW Cashiering Procedures and support spot audits.

Your Profile:

  • Hotel or Hospitality Degree
  • Advanced English - spoken and written
  • 3-4 years Food and Beverage Experience in 5–star Hotel on a Management level
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal People skills
  • Cashiering and Systems (Micros, HSI, Lobster, Knowcross, Opera, OASYS, ADACO)
  • Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
