Requirements

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced In Room Dining Manager who will be responsible for the daily operations in Room Service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all Room Service policies, standards and procedures.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints ensuring Company procedures for Complaint Handling are followed.
  • Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
  • Comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department.
  • Train staff and monitors adherence to all cash handling and credit policies and procedures.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.

Your Profile:

  • Hotel or Hospitality Degree
  • Advanced English - spoken and written
  • 3-4 years Food and Beverage Experience In Room Service Operations in a 5–star Hotel on a Management level
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal People skills
  • Cashiering and Systems (Micros, HSI, Lobster, Knowcross, Opera, OASYS, ADACO)
