GRAPHIC DESIGNER (OPEN TO DUBAI BASED CANDIDATES)

The candidate will be responsible for the design and creation of visual concepts and marketing collateral that inspires, informs and engages our target audience and is in line with Caesars brand standards.

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Designs graphics for project illustrations, logos, brochures, EDMs, website layouts and all other marketing collateral
- Creates graphic content for the company’s website, social media pages and other marketing materials
- Reviews and proofreads designs before printing or publishing to ensure accurate, high-quality work
- Photo editing and/or retouching for web and print
- Uses innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
- Maintains up to date knowledge of industry software and technologies
- Coordinates with industry professionals such as (but not limited to) copywriters, photographers, marketing specialists, web developers, printers and event organizers
- Liaises with printers to ensure accuracy and general print supervision
- Meets Marketing Department work standards by following production, productivity, and quality guidelines
- Tracks submission deadlines and presents final artwork to media partners as per specified requirements

Requirements

Technical knowledge and Software competence
Fluency is all Adobe Programmes (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Acrobat/Dreamweaver
HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Microsoft Office

Languages
English (first Language)

Previous Experience
Should be proficient on iMAC/ Apple software
Minimum three years of experience
Design background in hospitality industry would be of benefit
Design agency background would be of benefit

Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication (copywriting)
Creative thinking is key
Time management – meeting all deadlines
Multi-tasking – manage multiple projects at one time

Education
To be considered, candidates must hold a diploma/ degree from a recognized college/university in Graphic Design or related discipline.
