Who we are…Boston tea party began its soulful journey in the 90sas four quirky, independent cafes, then along came Sam Roberts, the CEO with alove for hospitality and a mission to prove that doing good is good forbusiness. Sam has always challenged the norm and no more so than when challengingthe industry on single use coffee cups and helping young adults in ourcommunities to grow and flourish in hospitality via our Foundation, that’s whyeveryone at Boston has the shared purpose of Making things better for our team,customers and the planet. Boston is now 25 soulful cafes serving the best inbreakfast, brunch, and lunch and our coffee is another level. We want our cafes to be the best place to work inhospitality, which means we need a fantastic team who share our values to getthere!What you’ll be doing…As a Chef of our bustling kitchens, you are the energyof the kitchen, producing picture perfect dishes for our customers. Balancingbetween the busy line, preparation and safety checks you always make sure youare in the right place to support your team. The best bit? The ingredients you use are of the highest order, we useonly free ranges eggs, high welfare pork and are always looking to consciouslymake decisions about our menu that have a positive impact on regenerating theplanet.Your team, well that’s where it is at. You will be partof a super skilled and motivated team of values led people, you know this asyou help train and develop them to be the best they can be. You will also bedetermined in your own development, focused on the next step in your career.
