Job Description
- Monitoring employee attendance and resolving scheduling conflicts1
- Ensuring that food safety standards are followed during preparation, cooking, and storage of food items1
- Managing the overall operations of a restaurant location, including supervising employees and ensuring customer satisfaction1
- Conducting weekly staff meetings to discuss upcoming events, specials, and other pertinent topics
- Acting as a liaison between the manager and the staff of the restaurant
- Must have good communication skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal abilities
- Must be able to coordinate and organize different activities simultaneously
- Should be able to set priorities right in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Must have excellent leadership qualities
- Must display flexibility in approach to work
- Must be an excellent team player
- Should know the basics and essence of a good customer relationship
- A degree in any nutrition and/or catering-related field is a must have
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role is also required
- May be expected to take pre-employment assessment tests and pass them.
