Arvantis hiring Waiter/Waitress at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for dedicated and passionate team players. The Head Waiter facilitates the needs of the guests while overseeing junior waiting staff operations. Proper junior staff management before, during and after each service is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Functions & Requirements:

• Ensure staff works as a team while making sure guests' needs are being met.
• Inspect grooming of staff prior to service and take action to rectify problems.
• Set up of restaurant ensuring cleanliness and proper organization.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate guests' service needs and assist individuals with special needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate clearly and in a professional manner is mandatory.
• Generate a positive team spirit.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Develop and implement new ways to increase efficiency and productivity.

6,000  SAR (1600 USD net ) per month, + tips , Transport, Accommodation. full expatriate package
