Our client based on the outskirts of Dover is recruiting a Permanent Chef de Partie for an immediate start working on a 4 on 2 off rotation. Duties include: Prepare and cook fresh food dailyAble to work efficiently and to a high standard in a busy kitchenComply with health and safety standards and keep a record.Stock control and orderingMaintain KitchenKnowledge of HACCP, COSH and allergens desirable.
