Our client believes in simple, honest food, cooked well, with the main emphasis being on home and locally grown produce and seasonal, high quality produce. You will also have the option to be creative with specials and working with the head chef to bring your own ideas into our current concept. The Role: Responsible to the Head Chef for the efficient running of the kitchen. Flexibility to run a section in service and the preparation of food and dishes for all sections. Key Requirements: To be responsible to the Head Chef for food production and meet the highest of standards as required by the Head Chef. To assist the Head Chef with the responsibility of the serviceability of all kitchen related fixed & non-fixed equipment. To take responsibility for own Health & Safety and cleanliness of your section. The Candidate: Knowledge of basic food hygiene. Experience of working in a fast paced kitchen environment.
