This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.What you'll be doing... The Kitchen Team is lead by our executive Head Chef, who is committed to delivering the highest of standards at all times. This position is within a newly refurbished hospitality area, delivering matchday and non matchday events. Join out team as we continue to push boundaries and build on our reputation of excellence. As a Sous Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. Responsibilities will include: Supporting our Executive Head ChefThe ability to manage and deliver up to 800 covers in multiple areasLeading by exampleMaintaining service standards and staff developmentManaging and ordering stockDue diligence and complianceAbility to work with online systems and procedures What can you bring?
