They provide some most prestigious brands in the market with a range of vinyl graphics, window graphics, acrylic graphics, signage, large format print, hoarding, finishing, mounting and exhibition / retail / display / events / venue graphics.They are currently looking to recruit a Shop Floor Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will oversee 12-14 staff in the print and finishing department.Responsibilities / Requirements:Managing 12-14 staff within the production departmentHolding daily production meetings and scheduling workloadDoing a full handover to the Night Shift ManagerOversee print production processes and ensure that the required materials are selected and purchasedEnsuring that equipment is functioning correctly and that health and safety protocols are adhered toGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and leadership skillsAttention to detailStrong decision-making skills and a results-driven approachQuality control
