Head Waiter

We're privileged to working with this 2 Michelin Star chef in his newest restaurant in central London. The restaurant if focused on delivering Parisienne-inspired dining and unique wines, with a distinct London identity utilising counter-style dining. As Head Waiter you are the face of the Restaurant and as such will be extremely well presented, passionate and courteous whilst supporting the smooth running of service ensuring a flawless, uninterrupted unity of service for each guest. This is a unique chance to be part of the Front of House team delivering the ultimate dining experience. Experience in a similar environment is desired but ultimately your passion and personality should be at the heart of who you are!  The ideal candidate/responsibilities...
