We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Chef de Partie for a premier hotel restaurant near Liphook in Hampshire. The busy hotel restaurant serves exceptional food at the highest standards. They are looking for a chef with a passion for fresh ingredients, team spirit and great cooking ability. In return, our client will offer a competitive salary and development opportunities. Our client’s hotel is set just outside Liphook. Our Client has live-in accommodation onsite at present; however this may change so please let us know if you require accommodation.  Your role as a Chef de Partie will include: Skill and passion for using fresh ingredients Willingness to achieve your best Support your team A good attention to detail Excellent standards of health and hygiene are kept The successful Chef de Partie will have: A passion for fine dining  Have some experience as a CDP Ideally NVQ levels 2&3 Hotel or Restaurant background Great cooking ability Thrive in the busy kitchen environment A great personality Own transport or live in All candidates will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK.
