RECEPTION MANAGER
PAPAIOANNOU RESTAURANT

PURPOSE OF POSITION
As the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the entire reception, and you need to ensure to be the first point of contact to be with utmost way of greetings and giving perfect farewell to all guests.

You will always work closely with other managers in every department to ensure efficient and smooth operation to share the feedback received from all guests pertaining to their respective functions.

You will need to ensure a friendly, efficient pristine service for our customers as well as your department’s support to the front of house and back of the house staff.
