The Lobby Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, providing a warm first impression, and offering assistance with inquiries, directions, and basic guest needs. The role ensures a high level of hospitality, supports smooth lobby operations, and coordinates with Front Office and Guest Services to enhance the overall guest experience.
