Talent Acquisition Coordinator - (Salary to be advised during the interview)


  • Establish well-maintained recruitment resources to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels
  • Create and manage a variety of creative recruitment tactics (including direct search, LinkedIn and other social media, internal referrals, direct applicants, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across your designated territory
  • Develop a direct sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending and closing offers
  • Deliver a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the end-to-end hiring process, including extending and closing offers
  • Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline the hiring process
  • Use the right interviewing skills to match candidates' profiles with business requirements
  • Work internally with the HR team members to share knowledge, best practices, and resources
  • Liaise with PRO, and HR Team in all matters regarding recruitment and mobilization requirements
  • Keep up to date on the new digital trends and available solutions in the recruitment space
  • Support the Group HR Director in any other activities
  • Perform additional HR tasks on request of the line manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong hands-on recruitment experience (3+ years), whether in an agency or in-house, that includes supporting global fast-paced organizations with the talent acquisition of junior and mid-senior professional profiles.
  • Experience in hospitality/Food & Beverage recruiting is highly desirable
  • Experience in Europe or well-established connections to the Europe market
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills - additional language skills would be a significant advantage
  • Demonstrating (internal) customer-oriented mindset and “make it happen” mentality
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working by objectives and to a range of recruitment-related KPIs
  • Good understanding and awareness of the market trends
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
