Job Description
We are looking for Guest Relations Executive:
- With 2 years experience, pleasant personality and have a positive attitude dealing with guests
- Must be UAE Experience, Russian speaker is a plus
- A passionate Guest Relations Executive with great deal of time interacting with guests.
- Be a leader participating activities/ programs organized by the department or the management
- Responding to any questions from guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
- They should also be aggressive problem-solvers and have the ability to manage operation crises successfully in the club and restaurants
