Job Description
- Perform and supervise Open / Mid-Day / Closing duties
- Attend daily briefing
- Be present on weekly management meetings
- Report any issues regarding staff, maintenance
- Running a section on a busy lunch and or evening time
- Attend and if necessary train for the staff
- Adopt and implement new rules, regulations according to La Cantine du Faubourg
- Work by company policy and lead by example
- Share ideas in favor of better performance
- Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in the venue
- Maintain effective store presentation
- Weekly inventory of cutlery, restaurant napkins, glassware
- Over-see general operation of the venue
- Ensure safety & sanitation
- Monitor food and beverage quality
- Communicate with kitchen
- Prepare and receive orders of food and beverages
- Conduct weekly inventories to ensure that proper levels are stocked abd to assess ordering patterns and changes
- Check and adjust lighting
- Fill daily meeting sheets
- Assign service sections
