Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise Open / Mid-Day / Closing duties
- Attend and host daily briefing
- Report any issues regarding staff, maintenance
- Running a section if necessary
- Provide adequate training for the staff
- Adopt and implement new rules, regulations
- Work by company policy and lead by example
- Share ideas in favor of better performance
- Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in the venue
- Maintain effective store presentation
- Over-see general operation of the venue
- Ensure safety & sanitation
- Conduct weekly inventories to ensure that proper levels of stock
