• Ensure the outlets guest seating capacity is maximised

• Train and support the Hostess team to ensure best services are rendered

• Coordinate with Sales Team to esnure events and fucntions are organised properly 

• Communicate with all departnents effciently to ensure smooth operation

• Ensure all cancelled/refused/waiting lists are recorded with the reason for cancellation/refusal and that all details are followed up and actioned

• Ensure that proper databse is maintained at all times
