Job Description

We are expanding with an additional two outlets opening soon.

We require an experienced marketing superstar, who has extensive experience in the Dubai market with licenced pubs, nightlife, beach clubs and/or casual dining outlets.

We are looking for someone who can add value with their tactical and strategic thinking to help us continue to differentiate our offers and value propositions.

The successful superstar will need to be flexible with timings and assist the team as needed, which will also include some weekend and event work and you must have experience in managing Facebook Business Manager.

You will need to develop and execute our tactical and strategic strategies including briefing, liaising and overall management of our appointed suppliers and agencies.

Your daily overall tasks will be the development and management of our overall marketing plans and strategies for all 3 brands:

  • Manage yearly marketing events calendar
  • Develop & execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus, brand extensions and seasonal campaigns
  • Develop professional business relationship with potential customers, suppliers and partner organizations

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our venues and drive our target markets to our venues.
  • Create successful marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, event management, publicity, social media, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social channels that attracts and converts our target market
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from social media, to the website and website banners to hard copy brochures, menus and in-venue activations
  • Use your graphic design skills so we can execute some of the minor works in-house
  • Based on consumer behaviour adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
